How orders work
What you get
The documents in the package you choose, written for you and delivered as Word and PDF files. Your first draft arrives within 3 business days of receiving your order and the details I need.
Changes
Every package includes two rounds of changes. Please send them within 14 days of receiving your draft.
Payment
Payment is taken when you order, through Stripe. Prices are in Australian dollars.
Refunds
If I haven't started your documents, you can cancel for a full refund. After that, I'll work with you to put things right. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Honesty
Your documents are based on the information you give me. Please make sure it is true; I won't add qualifications or results you don't have.
No guarantee of a job
A strong resume improves your chances, but hiring decisions are made by employers. No one can promise an interview or a job.
